Njernda Medical Centre

Njernda Medical Centre is a community-controlled Aboriginal health service based in Echuca, Victoria, providing culturally safe and holistic healthcare for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The centre offers comprehensive GP, nursing, chronic disease management, preventative health, and family health services tailored to community needs. Clients can also access specialist and allied health services, mental health support, and care coordination programs.
