PolCare

PolCare is a not–for–profit community organisation providing culturally sensitive aged care, disability support, and welfare services for Polish–Australians and the broader community. It is part of the Polish Community Council of Victoria and has been supporting older adults, carers, and people living with disability since 2015. PolCare offers government–funded programs including Support at Home, Commonwealth Home Support, NDIS services, respite care, and social services support programs. Its bilingual staff and volunteers deliver personalised services that help clients maintain independence and wellbeing in their own homes. The organisation also provides companionship, community services engagement opportunities, and support for carers. Through its culturally informed approach, PolCare helps people stay connected, supported, and active within their communities.
